Its more than 15,000 square metros house a wide private parking area, landscaped areas and a fountain in front of the entrance to a spectacular building destined to delight visitors with various performances and professional events.
The entrance is preceded by a marvellous Canarian patio, with Canarian-style set paving stones, decorated with the characteristic furniture and fittings of our land.
Exit Palace consists of two independent ballrooms with their own bar and bathroom. The Red Room is decorated in a modern theatrical style, with capacity for 700 guests. The Canarian Room is decorated in the style of the set of pirate films, with two enormous pirate vessel halves on the stage. The capacity is for 500 guests.
Both rooms are air conditioned and are equipped with the most up to date lighting and sound installations.
